I'm Tripati Dey, a sketch artist of Delhi. I was good in the art of sketch making since my childhood. But it took a great deal of effort to refine the skill. Because a portrait or sketch of an individual should have two qualities- number one is matching and number two is freshness. Freshness of a sketch drawing comes only with a lot of practice and maturity.

My Fine Art Qualifications 

I completed Diploma in Fine Art from Chandigarh in 2011. It was a 5 years course with detailed and well-organised syllabus. I already knew many things about art. But what I learned from the diploma course couldn't have been learned elsewhere. I learned about the glorious art heritage of our country. I came to know how Indian art evolved during a long duration of many many centuries.

Besides this I'm also MA in English . You might be wondering how Literature is connected with fine art. Well literature is also an art and it takes great imagination to picturise human character and situations. Literature definitely helped me in understanding human character which obviously gets reflected in my art-works.

What I do as an Art Creator

I make portrait and sketch in both black and white and also colour portrait.
I have kept my rates in affordable range. As a sketch artist of Delhi, I have made many 'live sketches' on various occasions.
